Appointment Required
- Online reservation is required in advance.
- Walk-in visits are not accepted.
- Up to six people can be seen at the same time.
Medical Questionnaire
- You must complete an online medical questionnaire before your visit.
- Patients without a completed questionnaire cannot be seen.
Insurance and Payment
- This service is for patients without Japanese public health insurance.
- All medical services are self-paid (out-of-pocket).
- We do not accept Japanese public insurance for this service.
Estimated Medical Fees
- Minimum fee: JPY 27,500
- If multiple people visit at the same time, the fee will be discounted by 5,500 yen for each patient.
This includes:
- Consultation fee
- Influenza and COVID-19 simultaneous antigen test fee
- Tamiflu prescription and other medications for symptom relief of 5 days
- Medical report in English for insurance companies
- Japanese consumption tax
- If PCR testing for influenza and COVID-19 is performed and Xofluza (baloxavir) is prescribed,the total cost is approximately JPY 68,000.
Language Support
- We have no language support and
- Patients must be able to communicate in simple English (elementary school level).
- If this is not possible, a Japanese interpreter must accompany the patient.
- Communication using translation apps is not supported.
Important Notes
- Please bring your passport to the appointment.
- Payment is required on the day of the visit.
- The medical certificate will be ready one business day later after your visit.
- You may pick it up at our clinic during office hours, or if you are staying at a hotel in Taito Ward, it will be delivered to the reception desk free of charge.
